Inbound Cloud Number– R3M3MB3R gives you your own inbound cloud-based remember phone number. This phone number shows as your caller ID on outbound calls, so that when you receive an inbound call, there is no three-way connection hassle. Instead, all outbound and inbound calls are seamlessly recorded, transcribed, and searchable with as few steps as possible at the most affordable price.
Stereo for Accuracy– R3M3MB3R Records calls in Stereo. While this may seem like a small technological differentiator, it is the one thing that allows us high-quality transcription at such an affordable rate. This is because when the AI here is each person in Stereo (one in each ear from each line), if they both talk at the same time, the artificial intelligence only here’s one person. Also, if there is background noise behind one person, it stays behind one person instead of drowning out the voice of both people. Separating the two lines in stereo is what allows R3M3MB3R to provide Such a high level of accuracy for only $0.10 a minute.
We are not lawyers so we can not give you legal advice. There are differing laws that vary from state to state when it comes to call recording. We do not mandate or police how people use R3M3MB3R. Our TOS states that it is up to each user to understand and abide by the laws for jurisdiction(s) in which they are recording calls. Once you sign up, and once you begin making phone calls, both the recordings and the transcriptions will be automatically saved within your account on your user dashboard.

Absolutely! It’s your data, and you can move it where you would like. We host it on the cloud as part of the service, but at any point you are welcome to download both your recordings and transcription.
No. When you sign up with remember, you’re automatically assigned a remember phone number. This is because when you make an outbound call, we use this new number as your caller ID. Why? Because when someone calls you back, we want them to call you through the remember system so that both inbound and outbound calls get recorded every time.

- Outbound porting– Once you try our service, if you decide to stop after 90 days or more and you would like to Port your number away, we do offer this service. Please be advised that we charge $99 to cover the labor of passing the paperwork back and forth excetera.
- Inbound porting– at the moment you cannot Port your current number into our system. This is a feature that is on our road map and may get added in the future. Until then, you can pick a number and it will ride on top of your current cell number.
